Telemos Capital has acquired Vittoria from Wise Equity

Founded in 1953 and based in Brembate, Italy, Vittoria produces bicycle tires that are the reference for professionals and performance-oriented cycling enthusiasts across the world. Vittoria is recognized as a best-in-class developer and producer of bicycle tires with strong know-how and the most advanced and efficient production facilities in the industry.

The Deal

Telemos Capital acquired a majority stake in Vittoria, alongside the management, with the objectives to accelerate its plans for international expansion and further develop its products, services and channels. Vittoria will continue to invest in sustainability, innovation and research and development, building upon its best-in-class manufacturing facilities.

Lincoln International acted as exclusive mergers and acquisitions and debt advisor to Telemos Capital, supporting the investor in a highly competitive process and arranging a suitable financing package to finance the acquisition and the operating needs of the company.
