Unifour’s full-service capabilities include complete inspections, service and repair for fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, industrial fire suppression systems, backflow preventer testing, emergency / exit lighting and more.
Lincoln International leveraged its industry expertise and buyer relationships to conduct a targeted, streamlined process to generate multiple attractive options for Unifour’s founder and management while optimizing process speed and efficiency. This resulted in a highly competitive process and an attractive outcome for its founder and the entire team at Unifour.
