Lincoln International leveraged its industry expertise and buyer relationships to conduct a targeted, streamlined process to generate multiple attractive options for Unifour’s founder and management while optimizing process speed and efficiency. This resulted in a highly competitive process and an attractive outcome for its founder and the entire team at Unifour.
Luke Webb, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Business Services Group, commented, “It was a pleasure advising Unifour and working with the Littlejohn and Hiller teams during the transaction process. We look forward to seeing the talented teams from both companies come together to drive continued success over the coming years.”
