Turn/River Capital has made a strategic investment in Redwood Software

Lincoln served as the exclusive financial advisor and debt arranger for Turn/River in support of its strategic investment in Redwood. The investment will allow Redwood to continue expanding its information technology (IT) and business process automation capabilities and enhance its product development efforts, ultimately enabling Redwood to better serve the workload automation needs of its thousands of enterprise customers globally.

As Turn/River’s exclusive financial advisor, Lincoln facilitated all aspects of the transaction, including offering capital structure and industry expertise, structuring, arranging and negotiating the financing.
