The Ranch at Dove Tree has been sold to Summit BHC
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that The Ranch at Dove Tree (“The Ranch” or “Company”) has been sold to Summit BHC, a portfolio company of Flexpoint Ford. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, The Ranch is one of the nation’s leaders in collegiate-focused addiction and behavioral health providing comprehensive treatment with recovery resiliency services. The Ranch specializes in alcohol and drug addiction with co-occurring issues such as depression, anxiety, disordered eating and trauma, and provides a full continuum of care including detoxification, collegiate residential treatment, adult residential treatment, collegiate transitional living and outpatient programs. The Company is licensed through the Texas Department of State Health Services to ensure high-quality standards are met and exceeded through its comprehensive treatment programs.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Ranch, working closely with the Company’s shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
