Swank Audio Visuals has been sold to Kelso

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Swank Audio Visuals, LLC (“Swank” or the “Company”) has been sold to Kelso & Company. Swank was a portfolio company of CHS Capital (“CHS”), a Chicago-based private equity firm. Kelso & Company plans to merge Swank with another portfolio company, PSAV Presentation Services (“PSAV”), a provider of audio visual equipment and services to the meeting and event industries. The combined company will be the industry’s single leading source of audio visual and event technology support. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1937, and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Swank is a leading provider of audio visual and event technology services to the hotel, resort, meeting and conference center industries in the U.S., Canada and the Middle East. Swank operates under long-term contracts with more than 350 hotels, resorts and conference centers, where the Company provides flawless service and innovative technology to help corporations, associations and other organizations produce and manage their most critical events.
