Swander Pace has refinanced Gilchrist & Soames

Swander Pace Capital has refinanced its portfolio company Gilchrist & Soames, Inc. (“G&S”). G&S is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of branded personal care products (e.g., soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) to multiple channels within the upscale hospitality market. Lincoln International acted as exclusive financial advisor to G&S and privately placed a revolving credit facility provided by Wells Fargo and a term loan provided by Triangle Capital Corporation.
