SloanLED has been sold to Baird Capital
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that SloanLED, a leading global manufacturer of LED technology serving customers in many commercial and industrial markets, has been sold to Baird Capital. Terms were not disclosed.
Lincoln acted as financial advisor to SloanLED. This engagement included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
