RLJ Equity Partners has refinanced Enhanced Recovery Company
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, announced today the successful completion of a financing for Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC (“ERC” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of RLJ Equity Partners, LLC (“RLJ”). ERC is a leading provider of customer experience management services, including business process outsourcing and accounts receivable management services.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to RLJ and ERC and completed the placement of an undisclosed amount of senior secured debt financing provided by Crescent Capital Group LP. Proceeds from the transaction were used to refinance existing indebtedness and to support ERC’s strategic growth plan, as well as to fund the Company’s ongoing working capital requirements.
As ERC’s exclusive financial advisor, Lincoln worked closely with RLJ and ERC’s management team to structure, arrange and negotiate the financing.
