The Deal
InMoment, a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, acquired ReviewTrackers in June 2022. The companies will join forces to accelerate the delivery of an integrated solution, combining ReviewTrackers’ award-winning customer review management with InMoment’s Experience Intelligence™ (XI) Platform. This will provide the unique ability for the companies to serve customers with social ratings and reviews, access a larger share of the customer voice, manage online reputation and drive exceptional customer experiences.
