Headquartered in Austin, Texas, SAM has more than 1,000 dedicated employees across 38 U.S. offices.
Lincoln acted as a financial advisor to Peak Rock, working closely with its investment team. This included providing advisory expertise regarding the geospatial, utility and infrastructure markets, financing support and other strategic guidance throughout the process.
