Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Benevento, Italy, Contrader is an Italian engineering and information and communications technology company active in information technology consulting. The company specializes in customized software development services based on a time and material revenue model. Contrader is a point of reference for the supply of tailor-made information technology solutions in different end-markets, such as financial services and automotive and manufacturing.
The Deal
Orienta Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Contrader, with the objectives to grow the company organically through strengthening its position in the reference market and growing in new businesses. Lincoln International acted as exclusive debt advisor to Orienta Capital Partners, supporting the investor in arranging a suitable financing package to finance the acquisition of Contrader and to support the operating needs of the company.
