The Deal

Since its founding in 1980, Omeda was a family-owned, privately held business and has grown from a subscription management services company to a full suite, cloud-based marketing platform utilized by blue-chip media and information services clients. With a massive addressable market opportunity in front of them, the company sought a growth investment from a new partner to support multiple initiatives including product innovation, vertical expansion and additional, strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The new partnership with Sverica Capital Management will allow the company to accelerate investments for growth and further enhance the client experience.
