Multi-Fab Products – Nova Technology (MFP-Nova) is a global manufacturer, distributor and reseller of loading dock equipment and associated parts. The company provides a broad array of aftermarket dock and door service parts. The Deal

As a privately-held company, MFP-Nova sustainably grew through a larger installed base, successful cross-selling, geographic expansion and new product introductions. MFP-Nova engaged Lincoln International to execute an efficient process and find a new partner to take an established platform to the next level.

The acquisition of MFP-Nova will expand Chamberlain Group’s finished product portfolio, service parts offerings in the dock equipment space and intelligent access solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
