Management and Isatis Capital have sold a minority stake of Ekstend Group to Siparex Intermezzo and Smalt Capital

Ekstend is an independent group that provides high-end consulting and marketing services to its clients. Led by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer Franck Kaddouch, Ekstend positions itself as an extension of its customers’ internal marketing teams, offering tailor-made advisory and support across the entire value chain, from the creation and definition of marketing strategy to brand activation and team training. Over the past few years, the group has also successfully conducted an active external growth strategy, integrating agencies with complementary expertise to broaden its service offering and diversify its customer portfolio.
The Deal
Siparex Intermezzo, with the support of Smalt Capital and Isatis Capital, has led a recapitalization of Ekstend. This transaction will enable Ekstend to accelerate its development and pursue an ambitious external growth strategy.
