Huron Capital Partners has sold LeadingResponse to ICV Partners

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Huron Capital Partners (“Huron”) has sold LeadingResponse (the “Company”) to ICV Partners, LLC (“ICV”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, LeadingResponse is a premier provider of technology-enabled, data-driven customer acquisition solutions, serving professional services clients across an array of industry verticals, including financial, legal, senior living, home improvement and franchise services. The Company’s multi-channel acquisition engine identifies and targets prospective customers at the local level, leveraging proprietary data sets to automate its clients’ localized lead generation efforts. LeadingResponse links all critical aspects of targeting, engaging and on-boarding new customers, beginning with data mining and campaign design, and continuing through appointment setting, lead management and intake processing.
