The Deal

Graycliff Partners (Graycliff) acquired IP in 2019 and expanded the company’s asset-smart strategy through strategic investments in the company’s systems and infrastructure. Following a period of strong sales and profitability growth, Graycliff engaged Lincoln International to find a committed partner to maximize the company’s growth potential. Lincoln ran a tailored process, which resulted in the company choosing to partner with American Sugar Refining, the world’s largest cane sugar refiner and marketer.
