Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Gen Cap and Avanti, working closely with the Gen Cap and the Avanti management teams throughout the sale process. The Lincoln team provided M&A and industry expertise, as well as closely managing all aspects of the process, including the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
