Faure Herman has been sold to Le Garrec & Co. and BNP Paribas Development

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, advised IDEX Corporation on the sale of Faure Herman (the “Company”) to Le Garrec & Co. (“Le Garrec” or “Group”) and BNP Paribas Development. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1925, Faure Herman is a French designer and manufacturer of helical turbine and ultrasonic flowmeters used for measuring liquids, mainly in the oil and aerospace industries. Acquired from the private equity firm Ciclad in 2007, Faure Herman was until now, owned by IDEX Corporation, as part of its “Liquid Controls” division, which specializes in the development of fluid measurement solutions.

Faure Herman is headquartered in La Ferté Bernard, France, with sales offices in the United States and the Middle East. It hopes to benefit from ties with Alma, a petroleum company specializing in legal metrology also affiliated with the Le Garrec Group.

Lincoln International acted as exclusive financial advisor to IDEX Corporation, working closely with management and shareholders throughout the entire sales process. Lincoln oversaw the preparation, marketing, negotiation and coordination of due diligence, among other things, leveraging strong industry expertise to complete this transaction successfully.
