Eurotech S.p.A. has sold its fully owned subsidiary, Parvus Corporation, to Curtiss-Wright Corporation

Lincoln International, a leading global investment bank, today announced that it represented Eurotech S.p.A. (BIT:ETH, “Eurotech”), a leading provider of embedded products and technology and of highly energy efficient supercomputers, in the sale of its fully owned U.S. subsidiary, Parvus Corporation (“Parvus” or the “Company”), to Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW, “Curtiss-Wright”).

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, Parvus is a leading designer and manufacturer of rugged small form factor computers and communication subsystems for the aerospace, defense, homeland security and industrial markets. The Company’s product portfolio of embedded computers and ruggedized COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) subsystems is perfectly suited for today’s market demands. Parvus will operate within Curtiss-Wright’s Controls segment.

Lincoln acted as exclusive financial advisor to Eurotech S.p.A. in this transaction, working closely with the Eurotech and Parvus teams throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
