The Deal
Diamant Software was one of the few remaining sizeable and founder-owned assets in the Office of the CFO space. Founded 45 years ago as a family-run business, the company now ranks among the leading providers of financial and management accounting software for mid-sized businesses in Germany. Diamant Software successfully demonstrated its ability to transform into a cloud-enabled organization, and the founder sought a suitable partner to actively support the company’s future growth path. Numerous strategic and financial investors had been following the company over the years.
