Launched by Silver Economy Fund in 2024, CareHub aims to develop an integrated network of outpatient clinics and polyclinics to set a new standard in the diagnostics sector and be able to respond to the growing demand for private healthcare in Italy. Following the completion of the transaction, six centers in selected regions will be brought together under the same entity.
The Deal
CareHub (through the holding company Brexia Med), has completed three new acquisitions, bringing the group to six acquired companies and 10 multi-specialist centers, spread across Friuli Venezia Giulia, Abruzzo, Umbria and Tuscany, Italy. CareHub enters the Abruzzo region thanks to the acquisitions of Centro Diagnostico Moscardi, a reference point for diagnostic imaging in the L’Aquila area, and Diagnostica Moderna, a center based in Vasto. It also strengthens its presence in Umbria with the acquisition of Fisiomedical, with its three multi-specialist centres in Perugia, Città di Castello and Umbertide, focusing on physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Lincoln International acted as debt advisor to Quadrivio and the company for the structuring of the financing package to support these and future planned acquisitions. Clessidra Private Debt Fund and Green Arrow Private Debt Fund II provided the Capex Facility to enable the transactions.
