BWK has sold Wieland Dental to Ivoclar Vivadent
Owner BWK and Wieland founding family have sold 100% of the shares in Wieland Dental + Technik and Wieland Dental Ceramics to Ivoclar Vivadent for an undisclosed amount.
Wieland Dental, headquartered in Pforzheim, Germany, is one of the leading suppliers in the dental technology market. Wieland Dental offers a wide array of products ranging from CAD/CAM materials to dental alloys and veneering ceramics up to electroforming products. The company also provides individual milling services. Wieland Dental employs a staff of over 190 and generated approx. Euro 60 million in revenues in the fiscal year 2011.
