Amber Infrastructure has sold NextGenAccess to ITS Technology Group, a portfolio company of Aviva
NextGenAccess
NextGenAccess is a neutral-host managed fiber infrastructure service provider. Headquartered in London, it specializes in custom, scalable and cost-effective core and access dark fiber network connectivity solutions. NextGenAccess is a wholesale provider to its carrier, data center operator, service provider and mobile network operator customer base. The company predominantly uses PIA and also has “Path to Collaboration” status to build out from Openreach infrastructure to create new lead-ins, overcome congestion and blockages in existing ducts and maintain route diversity.
The Deal
Lincoln International provided guidance on the strategic options available, took a hands-on approach in preparatory support and managed the entire transaction process and negotiation of key commercial terms to a successful completion. Headquartered in Cheshire, England, ITS Technology Group designs, builds and operates wholesale full fiber networks. ITS is a portfolio company of Aviva, having raised £145 million following two rounds of funding.
