Alexander Open Systems has been sold to ConvergeOne a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has represented Alexander Open Systems (“AOS” or the “Company”) in the Company’s sale to ConvergeOne. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ConvergeOne, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital, is a leading global IT service provider of collaboration and technology solutions.
