The Deal
Lincoln International acted as sole financial advisor to AG Grid, providing strategic advice, comprehensive market and investor insight and hands-on execution support throughout the transaction, drawing on the firm’s deep expertise in infrastructure software.

Adelis Equity Partners has made a long-term investment in AG Grid and Bryntum, supporting a strategic partnership between the two businesses. The partnership brings together category-leading JavaScript components across data grids, charts, scheduling and Gantt functionality, with AG Grid, AG Charts and Bryntum’s suite of scheduling and project planning components benefiting from closer collaboration, aligned product roadmaps and additional resources.
Together, AG Grid and Bryntum will offer one of the most comprehensive independent JavaScript component toolkits for building modern, data-intensive web applications, strengthening their ability to serve a loyal global customer base while maintaining existing product lines and customer commitments.
