Accord Management has sold Pool Service to BlueGem Capital Partners
Accord Management, an Italian private equity house, has completed the sale of Pool Service S.p.A., the leading Italian professional hair care group and owner of the iconic Medavita brand, to BlueGem Capital Partners, the European mid-market fund focused on consumer brands.
Stefano Banfo, shareholder and CEO at Pool Service, commented, “It is a tremendous opportunity for Pool Service and Medavita to partner with BlueGem, a fund specialized in developing leading consumer brands internationally. This investment launches a new phase of development for our company.”
