3d investors has sold Audioprof Group International to Biamp Systems, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners

Audioprof, parent company of Community Loudspeakers and Apart Audio, is a leading developer and manufacturer of loudspeaker systems and related electronics and accessories for the global professional fixed installed sound market.
Community Audio, based in Pennsylvania, United States, is a well-established and respected manufacturer of a broad range of premium speakers targeting the demand for indoor and outdoor applications, including commercial, leisure, stadiums and other large venues. Apart Audio, based in Belgium, is a strong competitor in functional and commercial & leisure audio solutions and offers a broad array of speakers and electronics for small and mid-sized venues, including retail, food service, education and small offices.
