3d investors has sold Audioprof Group International to Biamp Systems, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners

Lincoln provided advisory services, industry expertise and managed the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction. Audioprof, parent company of Community Loudspeakers and Apart Audio, is a leading developer and manufacturer of loudspeaker systems and related electronics and accessories for the global professional fixed installed sound market.
Community Audio, based in Pennsylvania, United States, is a well-established and respected manufacturer of a broad range of premium speakers targeting the demand for indoor and outdoor applications, including commercial, leisure, stadiums and other large venues. Apart Audio, based in Belgium, is a strong competitor in functional and commercial & leisure audio solutions and offers a broad array of speakers and electronics for small and mid-sized venues, including retail, food service, education and small offices.
