Maysteel Industries (Maysteel) is a leading provider of mission-critical aisle containment solutions, racks, cabinets and other original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sheet-metal products for data centers, essential infrastructure and renewable energy applications. The company operates six facilities across North America and serves hyperscalers, colocation providers and other industrial OEMs through deep engineering expertise, design-for-manufacturability and fully integrated production. The Deal

Maysteel, a portfolio company of Littlejohn Capital, has grown to become a full-scale manufacturer of critical, structural parts and enclosures with a substantial footprint spanning North America. Under Littlejohn Capital’s ownership, Maysteel executed transformative initiatives including several strategic acquisitions that expanded the company from two facilities into six and established strong positions in the rapidly growing data center and essential infrastructure markets. The combination with Steele Solutions, Inc. adds complementary capabilities, enhances end market diversification and positions the combined platform to deliver accelerated growth across a broader set of industrial and essential infrastructure applications.

Littlejohn Capital entrusted Lincoln given its deep industrial manufacturing and data center market expertise, as well as the breadth of its relationships with relevant strategic and financial buyers.
