Lincoln Partners Represents American Securities Capital Partners in the Sale of Anthony International to Aurora Capital Group
Chicago, Illinois - American Securities Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based private-equity investment firm, has completed the sale of Anthony International, one of its portfolio companies, to Aurora Capital Group. Lincoln Partners initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as the lead financial advisor to American Securities Capital Partners and Anthony International. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in San Fernando, CA, Anthony International has annual sales in excess of $100 million and is the market leader in the commercial refrigerated glass door industry. The company's customers include supermarkets, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, gas stations, drug stores, campgrounds and other businesses.
