Chicago, IL - Dover Diversified, Inc., a subsidiary of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), has completed the sale of Tranter Radiator Products, Inc. (TRP) to Buckingham Capital Partners. Lincoln Partners initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as the exclusive financial advisor to Dover Diversified.
Based in Edgefield, South Carolina, TRP has been a leading supplier of radiators to the North American electric power transmission and distribution industry for over 50 years. TRP offers the industry's most extensive product line of radiators and has a substantial installed base of approximately two million units in North America. Its products are sold to leading original equipment manufacturers as well as directly to end-users in the power transmission and distribution aftermarket.
