DS Bus Lines and Midwest Bus Sales represent a leading transportation platform that specializes in student transportation and dealership services. DS Bus Lines is a student transportation and employee shuttle provider serving customers across the Midwest and Southwest, including Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Midwest Bus Sales is a school bus dealership and leasing facility with five locations throughout the Midwest, serving the Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma markets. Both companies have served their customers for nearly 50 years and lead with their core values of family, safety, service and respect.
Under The Kincaid Group (TKG) ownership, DS Bus Lines and Midwest Bus Sales have quickly scaled to become leading platforms within the student transportation and dealership markets. Beacon Mobility has acquired a majority stake in both companies and will support their organic and inorganic growth in partnership with Chief Executive Officer, Scott Kincaid, who will remain in his role with the businesses going forward. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Kincaid Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
