Ryan’s Express Transportation has been sold to an affiliate of Divine Transportation
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, announced that Ryan’s Express Transportation, Inc. (“Ryan’s”), a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners (“Century Park”), has been sold to an affiliate of Divine Transportation (“Divine”).
Ryan’s is a leading provider of chartered luxury motorcoach services, as well as car, van and school bus services, to the Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Phoenix markets. Ryan’s serves a wide variety of customers, including domestic and international tour groups, destination management companies, hotels, schools and large employers, among others. The Company is approved by the Transportation Safety Exchange, meaning it is pre-certified to the highest safety standards for charter companies nationwide.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive transaction advisor to Ryan’s, working closely with the management team and all stakeholders throughout the sale process. The process included evaluating strategic alternatives, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory expertise, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with and contacting buyers and managing the due diligence and final negotiation phases of the transaction.
