The company is focused on cleaning sterile rooms in the pharmaceutical, genetic engineering, biotechnology and medical technology industries. Moreover, profi-con provides professional cleaning services for dust-free cleanrooms in the microelectronics, semiconductor, optoelectronics, automotive and plastics technology industries. The company is highly regarded for its excellent quality, as evidenced by its qualifications to operate in the highest cleanliness classes.
In cooperation with the CleanroomAcademy, profi-con provides training courses, coaching, workshops and seminars covering all aspects of cleanroom technology and operation for customers and own employees.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Quartum Kapital and profi-con, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
