PowerGrid Services, a portfolio company of Warren Equity, has received a strategic investment from The Sterling Group
Headquartered in Hartselle, Alabama, PowerGrid Services is a leading provider of outsourced repair and maintenance services for power distribution, transmission and substation infrastructure. PowerGrid partners with leading investor-owned utilities and co-operatives across the South and Southeast United States to meet ongoing operations and maintenance requirements and regulatory-driven infrastructure investments funded by utility rate modifications. The company delivers its services through a market-pioneering hybrid services model, which features a blend of self-perform and asset-lite vendor-managed operations.
In connection with the transaction, Warren Equity Partners has exited its investment in PowerGrid.
Lincoln International acted as the lead financial advisor to Warren Equity Partners and PowerGrid, working closely with its shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
