The Deal
Platte River Equity initially formed Spartaco following the acquisition of Huskie Tools and Jameson Tools in 2015. Through a combination of organic growth initiatives and three strategic acquisitions, the company enhanced its best-in-class product portfolio and strengthened its competitive positioning to focus on serving high-growth end markets and applications.
