Copperweld is the leading supplier of bimetallic wiring products and the only U.S. manufacturer of copper-clad steel (CCS) and copper-clad aluminum (CCA) wire. The Deal

Kinderhook Industries (Kinderhook) began its partnership with Copperweld in 2019. Through a combination of organic growth initiatives and four strategic acquisitions, Copperweld’s EBITDA grew by approximately 650% under Kinderhook’s ownership and firmly established the company as the clear leader in bimetallic wiring products. Following this achievement, Kinderhook and Copperweld engaged Lincoln to help find a new partner to support the company’s next phase of growth. With Rhône Group’s (Rhône) partnership, Copperweld’s leadership team is poised to continue their success.
