K2 Industrial Services, a portfolio company of The Halifax Group, has been sold to ASRC Industrial Services
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Halifax Group and K2, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiating and diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AIS is organized within three capabilities-based operating groups: Construction, Maintenance and Repair; Remediation and Response Services; and Environmental Engineering and Professional Services. The addition of K2 will enhance AIS’s Remediation and Response Services offering, as well as its Construction, Maintenance and Repair operating group, and bring with it a strong roster of entrenched customer relationships across diverse geographies and end markets.
