Intarome Fragrance Corporation has been sold to The Riverside Company in a merger with Premier Specialties and Fragrance Solutions
Founded in 1969, Intarome is a leading North American provider of proprietary fragrance formulations delivering proprietary formulations with rapid turnaround times, utilized across diverse end markets, including personal care, household, industrial and institutional, fine fragrances, cosmetics and air care. The company is focused on assisting customers in the creative development of formulations and is an active partner in monitoring market trends. Intarome’s business model is based on bespoke customer service, quality, responsiveness with lead times as short as two to five days and flexibility for small and large batches.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive investment banking representative for Intarome, working closely with the shareholder and management team throughout the process. This consisted of providing valuable industry expertise and managing all aspects of the sale process, including the preparation, marketing, due diligence and final negotiations phases of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
