Horizon Capital has made an investment in Sapphire Systems
Lincoln supported Horizon with all aspects of the financing process. In addition, Lincoln provided buy-side financial advisory support, including strategic insights on the development of the Sapphire business.
Sapphire Systems is a leading partner of major software authors SAP and Infor serving more than 1,000 clients and employing 250 people across global offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Latin America and Asia.
With more than 150 partners in the UK alone, Sapphire is looking to capitalise on the fragmented nature of the ERP market and consolidate its position as the market leader.
Ian Caswell, CEO at Sapphire Systems, commented, “Since founding the company, we have built a strong and scalable business that we believe can be further enhanced through continued organic initiatives and high-quality acquisitions, as such Horizon are a natural choice of partner.”
Aude Doyen, Managing Director at Lincoln International, commented, “Sapphire and Horizon needed a financing structure offering flexibility for the execution of their growth plans. We were able to work with them to identify Muzinich and negotiate a financing package that meets all key commercial objectives.”
Lincoln not only delivered on a debt package perfectly tailored for the strategic aims of the company, but also did so in an expedited and seamless fashion.
