Headquartered in New Century, Kansas, Heartland Precision Fasteners, Inc. (Heartland) is a leading manufacturer of high-grade, externally threaded aerospace fasteners. The company’s fasteners are used in aircraft structures and propulsion systems across commercial and military aircraft. Heartland is approved by all major aircraft OEMs, enabling it to serve nearly every aircraft platform through OEM and aftermarket channels. The company operates a fully integrated, single-site manufacturing facility with in-house cold heading, warm heading, hot forging, machining, thread rolling, centerless grinding, fillet rolling, drilling, heat treating, coating and inspection, enabling rapid, tightly controlled production of high-performance fasteners.

The Deal

Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Heartland. The transaction represents Lincoln International’s continued success within the aerospace and defense (A&D) engineered products segment.
