Graham Partners has sold TransAxle to Crossplane Capital
Headquartered in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, TransAxle is a leading, independent remanufacturer of transmissions, axles and hydraulics and provider of other complementary fleet products for commercial trucks and off off-highway vehicles. The company provides customers a one-stop source for drive train and complementary fleet products, offering highly experienced technical expertise across a national footprint.
