Fiber Materials Inc. (FMI) is the recognized leader in high temperature composite materials utilized in mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. FMI’s proprietary composite materials are developed using differentiated weaving and densification processes, resulting in unmatched mechanical properties.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Edgewater Capital Partners on the sale of FMI. Lincoln worked closely with Edgewater and the FMI management team throughout the sale process. This role included providing mergers and acquisitions advisory and industry expertise, as well as managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
