The Deal

CCI partnered with Lincoln International to identify a new partner to support the company’s next phase of growth. CCI sought to accelerate growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and the expansion of adjacent products and services, while preserving its unique culture and commitment to serving customers across the data center value chain. Lincoln leveraged its broad network of relationships and industry expertise to identify the ideal partner in a sale process that generated significant interest from both financial and strategic buyers.
