Champlain Capital has sold Frontier Fire Protection to Highview Capital
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Frontier Fire Protection (Frontier Fire) is a leading provider of fire and life safety solutions in the U.S. Mountain West and Southwest regions. Frontier Fire provides full-service fire sprinkler and fire alarm solutions, including installation, retrofitting, inspection and detection. The company serves an established network of general contractor customers and a diverse range of end-markets, including multi-family residential, healthcare, mixed-use, industrial, education, government, office, senior housing and retail. Since its founding in 1960, Frontier Fire has grown to more than 200 employees, serving customers across four states. Under CEO Greg Londo’s leadership, Frontier Fire has achieved rapid organic growth and significantly scaled the platform through strategic acquisitions, including recent acquisitions of ABC Fire Protection and Cottle Fire Protection.
Lincoln acted as financial advisor to Champlain Capital Management and Frontier Fire, working closely with the shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
Greg Londo, CEO of Frontier Fire commented, “Lincoln’s hands-on approach and industry expertise were instrumental factors in driving a highly competitive process and achieving a successful transaction. Frontier Fire is proud to provide quality, forward-thinking safety solutions, and in just a few years, we’ve successfully grown our footprint to reach new customers and become a true one-stop shop for fire and life safety solutions.”
