CEI Equipment has been sold to Kentucky Trailer, a portfolio company of Alleghany Capital
Lincoln is pleased to announce that CEI Equipment has been sold to R.C. Tway Company (dba Kentucky Trailer), a portfolio company of Alleghany Capital.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive investment banking representative for CEI Equipment (CEI), working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
CEI has over 40 years of experience and is recognized as an industry leader for design innovation and quality manufacturing of aluminum feed trailer and feed body transportation equipment. The company produces a broad range of aluminum feed transportation equipment under the Pacer brand used throughout the world. CEI has a full-service facility at its headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, capable of repairs, replacement part sales and reconditioning or rebuilding feed transportation equipment of all makes and models.
