Bouvier has been sold to Batisanté, a portfolio company of LGT Capital Partners

Groupe Bouvier

Bouvier offers safety services for collective housing. The company provides fire safety maintenance, real-estate diagnosis and pest control services as well as cleaning products supply. The company was incorporated in 1971 and is headquartered in the Ile-de-France region with six branches throughout the French territory.

The Deal

On the back of an unsolicited approach from Batisanté, triggered by Bouvier’s attractive positioning in fire safety maintenance and promising synergies between the two groups, Bouvier’s shareholders selected Lincoln as their exclusive investment banking advisor. Based on Lincoln’s extensive experience in the industry and mergers and acquisitions transactions, Lincoln was highly successful in optimizing deal terms and conditions with a great outcome for Bouvier’s shareholders.

Our Perspective

Arnaud Dudognon, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Paris office, stated, “We are delighted to have advised Bouvier’s shareholders in this promising merger and to have participated in the consolidation of the fire safety maintenance sector in France. As a result, Batisanté will hold approximately 50% market share on the collective housing segment, totaling 150,000 buildings in the greater Paris area and will be well-positioned through Bouvier’s agencies to seize business opportunities with approximately 300,000 buildings across the French territory. With this transaction, we continue our solid track record in business services for collective housing.”

Batisanté

Batisanté offers health and safety services for multi-unit residential buildings. The company offers inspection and diagnostic services for asbestos, termites and parasites, professional risk, water quality, gas installation safety, paint lead content, elevator code compliance and energy efficiency. The company was incorporated in 1986 and is based in Neuilly-Plaisance, France.
