Ambienta SGR has sold Safim to DexKo
Ambienta SGR S.p.A., Europe’s largest sustainability-focused private equity investor, has completed the sale of its portfolio company Safim S.p.A. to DexKo Global Inc., a global leader in highly engineered trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components.
