Lincoln International Adds Christin Zindrick as Managing Director, Expanding Application Software and Financial Technology Coverage

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Christin Zindrick as Managing Director in its Technology Group. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Christin brings nearly two decades of experience delivering top-tier advisory services to innovators and leaders across the technology space.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Christin, especially at such a pivotal point for the technology sector,” said Scott Twibell, Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Lincoln’s Technology Group. “Her deep expertise and trusted client relationships will strengthen Lincoln’s financial technology (fintech) coverage, particularly in office of the CFO software and application software.”

Christin joins the Technology Group at an exciting time for the global sector, with continued growth in M&A driven by strong performance from enterprise software companies and increasing interest in inorganic growth from strategic acquirers. Her expertise is especially crucial as software companies grow in investor appeal due to relative insulation from macroeconomic volatility in 2025.

“Software is experiencing sector-wide organic and inorganic growth, with an increasing number of M&A transactions accompanied by strong innovations,” said Will Bowmer, Managing Director & Co-Head of the U.S. Technology Group. “Particularly in the private markets, sector growth in enterprise values and multiples is outpacing the broader market. We are fortunate to have Christin join our team at this juncture to help our clients navigate evolving opportunities.”

Christin’s comprehensive experience across investment banking advisory, principal investing and corporate development aligns closely with Lincoln’s full suite of capabilities and global network. Prior to joining Lincoln, Christin was a Managing Director in William Blair’s technology investment banking practice. Earlier in her career, she held various roles as an advisor or principal investor at Morgan Stanley, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Sterling Partners and BMO Capital Markets.

“I am excited to join this growing and global team, particularly with the group’s positive momentum both in hiring and in the increasing depth of subsector expertise,” said Christin. “With the rise of AI-driven growth and digitization trends sustaining investor interest, the coming quarters offer an exciting time for my clients and those already served by Lincoln’s international platform.”
