As Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Investor Relations, Alli Deignan leads Lincoln International’s marketing and investor relations strategy, partnering with global firm leadership to advance strategic priorities and long-term growth.

Alli brings more than three decades of experience in the private capital markets to her role, spanning investment banking, corporate strategy and investor relations.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alli served as Head of Treasury and Investor Relations at Lazard. Earlier in her career, she initiated investor relations programs for Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Schnitzer Steel Industries. Alli began her career as an investment banker covering the energy industry at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup).

Alli holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from New York University. She is a former chair and current board member of NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations and a NIRI National Fellow.
