The Fertility Partnership (TFP) is one of the leading fertility care providers in the UK and Northern Europe, operating an integrated network of fertility clinics and satellite / referral centers across the UK and Poland. The business has an established reputation for high clinical standards, compassionate patient-centered care and scientific leadership. The Fertility Partnership has established a high-quality platform in a growing and increasingly important segment of healthcare, supported by favorable demographic trends and increasing demand for fertility services.

The Deal

Amulet Capital Partners (Amulet) has acquired The Fertility Partnership, one of the leading fertility care providers in the UK and Northern Europe, from Benefit Street Partners (BSP), a Franklin Templeton company.

The acquisition by Amulet marks the beginning of a new phase of investment and momentum for TFP, enabling the business to drive continued growth while delivering high-quality clinical care and an excellent patient experience. The business will continue to operate under the TFP brand with no changes to its clinical leadership or standards of care.

Together, Amulet and TFP will focus on expanding access, enhancing the patient experience and building on the company’s position as a leading provider across its core markets.
